Mensch Creative produces short impact documentaries for NGOs, UN agencies, foundations, development finance institutions and mission-driven companies. We film on location with local crews in more than 50 countries and handle editing, colour, sound and motion design in-house in Berlin.

A short, true story about one person, business or community whose life changed because of your work. It shows the change instead of describing it. Donors, boards and investors remember a person far longer than a percentage.
Field shoots rarely go to plan. A location falls through, an interviewee gets sick, the rain arrives early. We scout several options, plan the story so it survives a lost day, and keep a producer on the ground who can make calls on the spot.
In Indonesia we filmed a four-month rice cycle in 48 hours by finding fields at different stages of growth.
A written treatment before the shoot, a local crew and fixer, interviews in the local language with subtitles, a master film and social cut-downs.
