How we work
Every Mensch project follows the same five steps: brief, treatment, production, post-production and delivery. You sign off each step before the next one starts, so there are no surprises at the end.
How we work
Most production problems start before the shoot. So we spend our effort there.

Brief
A short call to pin down who the film is for, what they should do after watching, and where it will be seen.

Treatment
A written plan: the story, the look, the people, the locations, the schedule. Nothing is shot until you have signed it off.
- 03
Production, anywhere
Our own crew or trusted local partners, depending on where and what. Logistics, permits and safety are planned in advance.
- 04
Post-production
Editing, colour grading, sound design and motion design in-house, with feedback rounds at fixed points.
- 05
Delivery
The master film plus the cut-downs, formats and subtitles you need for every channel.
